Hemorrhoid Symptoms

Having hemorrhoids is not a serious condition but most people who start to experience the symptoms tend to worry. I won't be surprised if you had the same reaction, some symptoms of hemorrhoid can also be mistaken for other serious conditions. What you need to do here is to figure out how to check for hemorrhoid symptoms and have it diagnosed accurately.

Any kind of bleeding before, during or after moving of bowels as well as bleeding while not moving bowels is one of the symptoms. The bleeding is typically caused by hard stools that you have strained to move. During the bowel movement, that hard stool would have scratched the skin lining of your anus causing it to bleed. That's why there's blood on the stool when it comes out or you see it on the toilet paper after wiping.

The bleeding should cease after a few days as long as you don't pass hard stools anymore. If you keep on moving hard stools then there's the possibility that the scratched skin won't heal and it might even get worse. It is highly recommended that you see a doctor if the bleeding doesn't stop, this is to avoid more serious condition.

If you notice anything bulging out of your anus like a hard lump or something similar, then you already have external hemorrhoids. On the early stages, the hemorrhoid will usually come out after moving a hard stool then it goes back right in. You can also push it in using your fingers if it doesn't go in on it's own. You might want to start taking sitz bath regularly to shrink the hemorrhoids to avoid pain and discomfort.

There are also minor irritations when you have hemorrhoids such as itching and discomfort. These symptoms apply to both internal and external hemorrhoids.

Internal hemorrhoids can give you this feeling of always going to the bathroom. You might feel that you there is something that needs to come out. This is not the case, it's the internal hemorrhoids that is giving you this feeling. Internal hemorrhoids will also cause itchiness and mucus coming out of your anus and extreme pain.

Knowing that symptoms of hemorrhoids is only the first step towards treating them. It's best that you diagnose this condition early to avoid worsening the condition that will bring about intense pain and discomfort. Several treatment options are available, the safest and most effective are natural hemorrhoids treatment.
